Introduction

ironBeam is an automated Roblox limiteds purchasing and delivery bot for Discord. It handles the full order lifecycle — from payment confirmation to Roblox trade delivery — without any manual intervention. Built for serious Roblox traders who want to scale their shop without adding more staff or handling every order manually.

Getting Started

​
Requirements

  • A Discord server with admin permissions
  • A Roblox account to use for delivery
  • A PayPal account for receiving payments

Setup

  1. Invite ironBeam to your Discord server using the link on ironbeam.gg
  2. Configure your delivery Roblox account credentials via the setup flow
  3. Add your stock using !addstockcsv
  4. You’re live — ironBeam will handle orders automatically

Commands

/stock

Description: View your current inventory. Displays a live list of all items in stock, including item name, price, and quantity available. Usage: 
/stock

/manual

Description: Manually trigger a delivery for an order. Used when automatic delivery fails or needs to be re-sent. Requires the order ID or ticket reference. Usage: 
/manual <order_id>
Example: 
/manual 10482

!addstockcsv

Description: Bulk add items to your inventory via CSV. Upload a CSV file with your item list and ironBeam will import it all at once. This is the fastest way to load a large catalog. CSV format: 
item_name, price, quantity

Usage: 
!addstockcsv
Then attach your CSV file to the message.

!delete

Description: Delete an item from the inventory entirely. Removes the item and all associated stock. This is permanent. Usage: 
!delete <item_name>
Example: 
!delete Violet Valkyrie

!viewstockcsv

Description: Export your current inventory as a CSV file. Downloads a CSV of all current stock — useful for auditing, editing in bulk, or re-importing after changes. Usage: 
!viewstockcsv
ironBeam will send a CSV file directly in the channel.

!removestock <ID>

Description: Remove a specific stock entry by its ID. Use this to remove individual units rather than deleting the entire item listing. Usage: 
!removestock <ID>
Example: 
!removestock 204

!forcedeliver

Description: Force a delivery to be sent immediately. Bypasses normal delivery checks and sends the Roblox trade right away. Use this if a delivery is stuck or an order needs to be manually pushed through. Usage: 
!forcedeliver <order_id>
Example: 
!forcedeliver 10482
⚠️ Only use this if you’re sure the payment has been confirmed. Forced deliveries cannot be reversed.

!approve

Description: Manually approve an order. Used for orders that require manual review (e.g. high-value orders, flagged payments). Once approved, ironBeam will proceed with automatic delivery. Usage: 
!approve <order_id>
Example: 
!approve 10482

How Delivery Works

  1. Customer opens a ticket in your Discord server
  2. Payment is sent via PayPal and confirmed automatically
  3. ironBeam detects the payment and marks the order as paid
  4. A Roblox trade is sent to the buyer’s account automatically
  5. Confirmation embed is posted in the ticket channel
  6. Ticket is closed and the order is logged
Average delivery time is under 5 seconds from payment confirmation.

FAQ

Does ironBeam work with any Roblox account? Yes, as long as the account has 2FA set up and is configured during the ironBeam setup flow. What happens if a delivery fails? ironBeam will flag the order and alert staff. You can use /manual or !forcedeliver to retry the delivery. Can I use ironBeam on multiple Discord servers? Multi-server support is available on the Enterprise plan. What payment methods are supported? PayPal is supported out of the box. Crypto payment support is also available. How do I get support?
